Dips, drizzles and toppings
Each waffle pop starts as a fresh, golden waffle baked on a stick-shaped iron, so it's easy to hold and easy to dip. From there it's all about the toppings, which is where kids and adults alike get creative.
We'll help you pick a lineup that fits your crowd, your theme and your colors. Fewer choices keep the line quick; more choices make the station the star of the party.
- Milk chocolate and white chocolate dips
- Rainbow sprinkles and themed sprinkle mixes
- Crushed cookies and graham cracker crumbs
- Mini chocolate chips
- Caramel-style and strawberry drizzles
- Powdered sugar and whipped topping
How our waffle station catering works
We arrive before your guests to set up the waffle irons, the dipping station and the topping counter. The first waffles are baking before serving begins, so there's no wait at the start.
During the party our crew bakes waffles continuously, dips them in chocolate and hands them to guests to finish with their favorite toppings, or tops them for younger guests who want help. At the end, we pack everything up and clean the area so you're not left with sprinkles everywhere.
If you're expecting a lot of little ones, we can set up a lower topping counter or pre-decorate a batch in your theme colors so the line stays quick, then let older guests build their own. We'll plan the flow with you when we confirm your event.
Waffle pop pricing
The Waffle Pops station starts from $700 for 50 guests and 2 hours of serving, before tax. That includes our crew, waffle irons and station setup, batter, chocolate dips and toppings, sticks, napkins and serving supplies, plus setup and cleanup. Extra serving time can be added by the hour.
Expecting a bigger crowd? Tell us your guest count and we'll plan batches and timing to match. Travel within our New York and New Jersey service area is included, there's no event minimum, and your written quote confirms the details.
Space and power
There's no fryer at this station, so waffle pops are one of our easiest setups for indoor spaces like party rooms, gyms, halls, offices and tents, as well as outdoor patios and backyards.
Plan for roughly an 8-by-10-foot area with a table-height work surface. Waffle irons are electric, so we'll need access to power; we'll confirm outlets and circuits for your space on the quote. Outdoors, a covered spot keeps the chocolate out of direct sun on hot days.
Best events for a waffle station
Waffle pops are a natural fit for birthday parties, especially for kids who love building their own dessert. They're also a colorful stop at school carnivals and fundraisers, and a fun dessert at graduation parties where sprinkles can match school colors.
They also suit sweet sixteens, team parties and family days. Any celebration where you want a dessert that doubles as an activity is a good match, because the decorating keeps guests busy and smiling long after they've picked up their pop.
Pair it with
Waffle pops pair well with something cold, like our soft serve cart or the cotton candy cart for a full dessert lineup at a kids' party. For an older crowd, try them alongside the crepe bar for a sweet table with variety.
