Sweet crepes made to order
Every crepe is made from scratch on the griddle while the guest waits, so it arrives warm with a soft center and lightly crisp edges. Guests choose a filling and a topping or two, and we fold it into a cone or a triangle that's easy to eat standing up.
You can keep the menu short and fast or offer a fuller lineup. We'll help you choose based on your guest count and how long you want the line to move.
- Chocolate-hazelnut spread
- Fresh strawberries, bananas and blueberries
- Sliced bananas with cinnamon and a drizzle of honey
- Cinnamon sugar with butter
- Whipped cream, powdered sugar and chocolate drizzle
- Caramel-style sauce or fruit preserves
How our crepe station catering works
We arrive ahead of your guests to set up the griddles, the filling counter and a serving area, and to bring everything up to heat. The station is ready to go by the time your serving window opens.
Our crew pours, spreads and flips each crepe right in front of guests, then fills and folds it to order. Because each crepe is made fresh, it's a more personal station than a self-serve dessert table: guests talk to the crew, choose their own combination and watch it come together. At the end of the event, we break down the station, clean the griddles and the surrounding area, and take everything with us.
If you'd like, the crew can also prepare a couple of signature crepes for the day, such as a strawberry-and-cream special or a chocolate-banana favorite, and post them on a small menu card so guests decide quickly.
Crepe bar pricing
The Crepe Bar starts from $1,150 for 50 guests and 2 hours of serving, before tax. That covers our crew, the griddles and station setup, all batter, fillings and toppings, plates, napkins and utensils, plus setup and cleanup.
Each crepe takes a few minutes, so for big guest lists we'll talk about timing and whether to add griddles. Travel within our New York and New Jersey service area is included, there's no event minimum, and your written quote confirms the price for your exact guest count.
Space and power
Crepe griddles are electric and produce far less smoke than a fryer, which makes this one of our more venue-friendly stations. It can often run indoors in a hall, office, lobby or tent, as well as outdoors on a patio or lawn.
Plan for roughly an 8-by-10-foot area with a table-height work surface and access to power. Griddles draw a fair amount of electricity, so we'll confirm outlets and circuits for your venue on the quote.
Best events for a crepe bar
Crepes feel a little more polished than most party desserts, so they're a favorite at weddings and engagement parties, corporate events and client receptions, and milestone celebrations like a sweet sixteen or an anniversary.
They also work beautifully at brunches, baby showers and daytime gatherings, and as a dessert course at a graduation party where you want something a step beyond a sheet cake.
Pair it with
Crepes and coffee belong together. Adding our espresso and coffee bar gives guests a latte or cappuccino to go with dessert. For a fuller sweets lineup, pair crepes with waffle pops for younger guests or a soft serve station for something cold.
