Espresso & Coffee Bar Catering

Our espresso and coffee bar catering brings real barista drinks to your event: espresso pulled shot by shot, lattes and cappuccinos with steamed milk, plus tea and hot chocolate for guests who skip the caffeine. It's a favorite for offices, morning events and evening parties across NJ and NYC. We bring the espresso machine, the coffee and the crew, make every drink to order, and clean up when serving ends.

The coffee bar menu

Our baristas make each drink fresh, so guests can order the way they would at their favorite café. The core menu covers the classics, and flavor syrups let guests personalize.

Non-dairy milk options like oat or almond can be requested ahead of time, and we're happy to add a decaf option so evening guests can join in.

  • Espresso and double espresso
  • Lattes and cappuccinos
  • Americanos and drip-style coffee
  • Iced lattes and iced coffee in warm weather
  • Hot chocolate for kids and non-coffee drinkers
  • Hot tea selection
  • Flavor syrups like vanilla, caramel and hazelnut

How our coffee bar catering works

We arrive ahead of your guests to set up the espresso machine, the milk station and a serving counter, and give the machine time to come up to temperature and pull test shots. By the time guests arrive, the bar is ready.

During the event our baristas take orders, pull shots and steam milk for every drink, so guests get a café-quality cup instead of a carafe that's been sitting out. At the end, we break down the bar, clean the machine and counter area, and pack everything out.

Coffee bar pricing

The Coffee & Espresso Bar starts from $775 for 50 guests and 2 hours of serving, before tax. That includes our baristas, the espresso machine and bar setup, coffee, milk, syrups, tea and hot chocolate, cups, lids and stirrers, plus setup and cleanup. Longer events can add serving time by the hour.

For larger groups, tell us your headcount and we'll plan the bar to match. Travel within our New York and New Jersey service area is included, there's no event minimum, and your written quote confirms the price for your exact guest count.

Office-friendly setup and power

There's no open flame or fryer at a coffee bar, so it's one of our most venue-friendly stations. It fits easily in an office lobby, a conference room, a school library, a hall or a tent, as well as on a patio.

Plan for roughly a 6-by-8-foot area with a table-height surface. Commercial espresso machines draw a lot of electricity, so we'll usually need a dedicated outlet nearby; we'll confirm power with you or your building on the quote. If your venue has a sink close by, that's helpful but not required.

Small touches that make it feel like your café

A coffee bar is easy to personalize. We can feature a signature drink for the day, such as a cinnamon latte or a mocha, and post a simple menu card so guests know what to order. For warm days, a short iced menu keeps the line moving and the drinks cold.

If you're hosting a long workday or conference, we can time serving around your schedule, such as a morning window and an afternoon pick-me-up, and confirm the plan and any extra hours on your quote.

Events where a coffee bar shines

A coffee bar is a simple way to make a workday feel special. It's a hit at corporate events, team meetings, client open houses and employee appreciation days, where a real latte goes a long way.

It's also a thoughtful touch for teacher appreciation at schools, a morning brunch, or the dessert hour at a wedding, where guests appreciate a cappuccino with their cake.

Pair it with

Coffee loves something sweet. Our mini donuts station is a natural partner for a morning event, while the crepe bar makes an elegant dessert pairing for evening parties. For a casual afternoon, add churros for a coffee-and-churro break.

See our full lineup of stations, or send us your date and headcount and we'll suggest a pairing.

FAQ

Coffee & Espresso Bar FAQ

Do you offer non-dairy milk?

Yes, non-dairy options like oat or almond milk can be requested ahead of time. Let us know when you book so we bring enough for your guests.

Can the coffee bar be set up in an office?

Absolutely. There's no fryer or open flame, so it fits in lobbies, conference rooms and break areas. We just need a table-height surface and a suitable outlet, which we'll confirm with you or your building.

Is there decaf?

We can bring decaf espresso on request, so evening guests or anyone avoiding caffeine can still enjoy a latte or cappuccino.

Can you serve iced drinks?

Yes. Iced lattes and iced coffee are easy to add, and they're popular at summer events and outdoor parties.

How many drinks can the bar make?

Each drink is made to order and takes a minute or two, so the pace depends on the mix of orders. For large groups or a tight morning schedule, we'll plan timing with you and confirm the setup on your quote.

Can you handle dietary needs?

Tell us what your guests need and we'll share ingredient details for milks, syrups and hot chocolate. Equipment like steam wands is shared, so we can't promise an allergen-free bar.

Ready to plan the fun part?

Tell us your date, town and guest count. We’ll send back a clear written quote, usually with a suggestion or two.
