Fries, cones and the dip lineup
We serve crisp shoestring fries, salted the moment they leave the oil, in grab-and-go paper cones. Cones keep the fries hot and make them easy to carry around a backyard, a field or a party room.
The dip bar is where guests mix and match. Choose a few of our favorites, or ask us about adding seasonings for a twist.
- Ketchup and spicy ketchup
- Warm cheese sauce
- Garlic aioli
- Honey mustard or barbecue sauce
- Ranch-style dip
- Seasoning shakers like cajun, garlic-parmesan-style or sea salt and vinegar
How our fry station catering runs
Our crew arrives ahead of your guests to set up the fryers, the prep area and the serving counter and to heat the oil, so the first cones are ready when serving starts.
During your serving window we fry in small batches rather than holding big trays, which keeps every cone crisp. An attendant fills cones and hands them out while guests help themselves to dips. When serving wraps, the fryers cool, we pack everything up, take the used oil with us and clean the area.
Placement matters with a fry station. We'll suggest a spot that keeps the fryers away from foot traffic and decorations while still being easy for guests to find, usually near the edge of the party where the smell of fresh fries does the advertising for us.
Fry bar pricing
The Fry Bar starts from $550 for 50 guests and 2 hours of serving, before tax, plus $8 per additional guest. That includes our crew, fryers and serving setup, the fries, dips and seasonings, cones and napkins, plus setup and cleanup. An extra hour of serving can be added.
The fry bar also anchors two of our party packs: the Backyard Bash pairs it with soft serve, and the Block Party adds Live Oven Pizza too. Travel within our New York and New Jersey service area is included, there's no event minimum, and your written quote confirms the price for your exact guest count.
Space, power and ventilation
Fryers need fresh air, so the fry bar is usually set up outdoors: a backyard, driveway, patio, parking lot or field. Some venues allow frying in a kitchen area or near an open loading door; we'll check your venue's rules with you before booking.
Plan for roughly a 10-by-10-foot area on level ground, away from doorways and decorations, with room for a short line. Depending on the equipment, we may need power nearby; we'll confirm your setup on the quote. A tent or covered spot is a good idea for outdoor events in case of rain.
Best occasions for a fry bar
Fries are an easy yes for just about every crowd. They're a backyard classic at birthday parties, a natural fit for block parties where neighbors snack while they mingle, and a great addition at school field days, carnivals and fundraisers and team celebrations.
At weddings and evening parties, a fry bar makes a crowd-favorite late-night snack when guests come off the dance floor hungry.
Pair it with
The fry bar pairs naturally with our Live Oven Pizza station for a filling savory spread, and with soft serve or our soft serve cart for the salty-sweet combo guests love. For a summer field or schoolyard, add the slush cart for something icy to drink.
