Fluffy ice, your choice of colors
Our attendant shaves the ice fresh at the cart, so every cone starts soft and fluffy instead of crunchy. Then comes the fun part: guests pick their syrups from the row of bottles on the cart. Cherry, blue raspberry, grape and lime are the regulars, and a three-color rainbow cone is the order kids line up for.
Syrup options can vary by date, so if you have favorites or want colors that match your theme, include them in your quote request and we'll confirm what we can bring.

Snow cone cart price and what's included
The snow cone cart is from $450 for 50 guests. That includes the cart and shaved ice machine, our attendant for two hours of serving, the ice and syrups, cups, spoon straws and napkins, plus setup and cleanup. Travel within our New York and New Jersey service area is included and confirmed on your written quote.
Need more time? Each extra hour of serving is $150. Have a bigger crowd? Tell us your count and we'll quote it. No event minimum.
Snow cones vs. slush: which cold treat?
Both are icy, fruity and perfect in the heat, but they feel different. Snow cones are shaved ice that guests customize with colors at the cart, which makes them a little more of an activity. Slush is pre-frozen and poured, which makes it a touch faster for very large school crowds. If speed matters most, look at our slush cart catering; if you want the rainbow-syrup moment, the snow cone cart is the one.
Lines, timing and guest counts
Shaving and flavoring a cone takes a little longer than pouring a slush, but it still moves quickly. For a typical party, a two-hour window is usually comfortable. For bigger outdoor events, tell us when guests will arrive and we'll suggest timing or a second treat so the line stays short.
At pool parties and camp days, guests often come back for a second cone later in the afternoon. That's normal, and it's one reason some hosts add an extra hour so the cart is still serving when the sun is hottest.
What the cart needs on site
Give the cart a level, shaded spot about the size of a small table, with room for our attendant behind it. Shade matters: shaved ice holds up much better out of direct sun. A nearby outlet powers the ice shaver, and we'll confirm power for your location before the event.
The cart is happy on grass, pavement or a patio. Syrup can be sticky, so outdoor spots are easiest; if you'd like it indoors, let us know and we'll plan floor protection.
We arrive ahead of serving time to set up, fill the syrup bottles and get the ice ready, then pack everything away and leave the area clean when serving ends.
Summer parties that need a snow cone cart
It's a hit at pool parties, backyard birthdays, summer camp days and block parties. Schools book it for end-of-year celebrations and field days, and it's a colorful fit for carnivals and fundraisers. For a full party spread, pair it with our fry bar or browse every party food cart.
