How our mini donut catering station works
We arrive before your guests to set up the donut fryer, the topping counter and the serving line, then heat the oil so the first batch is ready right when serving starts.
The machine is a big part of the fun. Kids love watching the rings travel down the oil and flip over, and adults usually stop to watch too. Our crew works the fryer, coats each batch and serves, keeping batches small so every guest gets warm donuts. When serving ends, we cool everything down, pack it up and leave the area clean.
Want a little extra flair? We can set the toppings out so guests choose their own coating and drizzle, which turns the line into part of the entertainment. Or keep it simple with one or two coatings for faster service at a busy event. Either way, we'll talk it through when we plan your party.
Mini donut station pricing
The Mini Donuts station starts from $700 for 50 guests and 2 hours of serving, before tax. That includes our crew, the donut fryer and serving setup, all batter, coatings and toppings, serving boats and napkins, plus setup and cleanup. Extra serving time can be added by the hour.
For a larger party, share your guest count and we'll plan batter and timing around it. Travel within our New York and New Jersey service area is included, there's no event minimum, and your written quote confirms the price for your exact guest count.
Space and power for a donut station
A mini donut fryer is compact, but it's still a fryer, so it's best outdoors or in a well-ventilated area that permits frying. Plan for roughly an 8-by-10-foot space on level ground, plus room for a line of guests to stand and watch.
Donut fryers usually need electricity, so expect to need an outlet within reach; we'll confirm the exact power needs for your setup on your quote. For outdoor events, a tent or covered area keeps the station running if the weather changes.
Occasions where mini donuts shine
Mini donuts are made for celebrations where people mingle. They're a favorite at birthday parties of every age, a fun dessert stop at corporate events and office appreciation days, and a sweet send-off at graduation parties.
They also work well in the morning: a brunch, a school breakfast or an open house where warm donuts and coffee go hand in hand.
Pair them with
Donuts and coffee are a natural team, so many hosts add our espresso and coffee bar for adults. For kids' parties, pair the donuts with the cotton candy cart or a soft serve station for a full dessert lineup.
See every option on our stations page, or send a quote request with your date and guest count and we'll recommend a mix.
